Use the player when mobile data is limited
Choose before you play
Choose your language, a book, and a chapter before you press play. The player loads audio when you start playback. It does not play automatically.
Audio uses data while it plays. The amount depends on the recording and how long you listen. Pause the player when you need to stop.
Return to your place
The site saves your position in the same browser when browser storage is available. Open the language page and use the return link.
Keep the chapter address if you need to return on another phone or browser. The address selects the chapter; your saved position stays in your browser.
If playback stops
Check your connection and press play again. After a long pause, reload the page if the audio link has expired.
This web player needs an internet connection. It does not provide an offline download.
